So at the end of each growing season, I harvest the rest of my herbs and greens and I like to dry them.
Right now I just stack sweater drying racks together to dry all my greens and herbs, but these racks are very bulky and hard to store.
I ordered a hanging drying rack from iPower off of Amazon. It just came in. OMG it’s amazing!
It has 3 sections that snap together, each section has 2 shelves. So I could use it as a 2, 4 or 6 unit, depending on how much I need to dry at once.
I love that I can keep it off the ground by hanging from the ceiling.
When it is time to store, it fits nicely in a small round carrying case. It takes so little space!
I can’t wait o use it. To bad I have to wait a few months!
