Solar Cooking Time!

I finally dug out my solar oven. Better late than never!

Made a vegetable frittata with all goodies from the garden.

Garden Pickins
Nice and warmed up.
Temp got up to 275°. 2hrs later Done!
Vegetable Frittata with avocado sour cream and mango. It was delicious. Made enough to have tomorrow morning too. 😁
