How Do You Clean Your Harvest?

Harvesting your produce is fun and easy but the cleaning and preparing part is time consuming. I had a wonderful harvest this morning but it took me a while to clean, soak, dry and chop, etc.

Harvest Time!

This morning was cool and cloudy. Perfect day to harvest! Then it turned cold and rainy by the end.

Lemon Balm
Mustard Greens
Chocolate Mint, Peppermint, Lime Mint, Spearmint, Apple Mint, Orange Mint, Strawberry Mint, Chives
Curly Kale
Dinosaure Kale
Baby Bok Choy
Bolted Spinach, Lemon and Genovese Basil, Collard Greens
