I had a bunch of ripe bananas. So of course I made Guten/Dairy Free Banana Bread!
I made 4 beautiful loaves! Can’t eat them all at once, so I slice them with my meat slicer and freeze.

Wait til the loaves are completely cooled before slicing. I love using a meat/food slicer because it makes perfect cuts! Plus you can choose the thickness!

Cut parchment paper to fit between bread slices. I slice, then layer back into the pan I baked it in.

Then I place the pan in the freezer to freeze. Once frozen I take out and vacuum seal the whole frozen loaves so they do not get freezer burned.
